Terms and Conditions

Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Durango Casino (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the user (referred to as “you” or “your”) regarding the use of our services.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
“Services” means any products, software, applications, content, information, or other materials provided by Durango Casino.
“User Account” means a unique account created for you upon registration on the platform.

Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
Use the Services in any way that interferes with or disrupts other users’ access or enjoyment;
Access or attempt to use another user’s account without authorization;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software or applications provided through the Services.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets related to the Services, are owned by Durango Casino or its licensors and remain their exclusive property unless expressly stated otherwise. You must not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content;
Use any part of the Services for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Durango Casino does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet your expectations. You acknowledge that Durango Casino shall not be liable:
For any damages arising from your use of the Services;
For any loss or corruption of data;
For any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Durango Casino, including its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your breach of this Agreement;
Your use of the Services in violation of applicable laws;
Any dispute or conflict between you and another user.

Changes
Durango Casino reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Durango Casino regarding the use of the Services and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
